Overview and features

  • The instrument consists of two identical optical output channels connected to a timer.
  • An accurate nominally 244.15?s pulse is generated on the START STOP outputs.

Operation

  • Switch the POWER switch to the ON position. The light will turn ON.
  • Press the TEST button will generate the START and STOP signals to test the VOD-3.
  • The unit is powered by a replaceable PP3 9V Zinc Carbon battery and is capable of over 15 hours continuous use. Replace the battery when ON light glows dimly

Notice and Maintenance

  • All service work to be performed by authorized AEC Electronics personnel only.
  • Timer should only be opened to replace PP3 9V Zinc Carbon battery
